These terms govern your use of the Maxie Consult website and mobile apps and your registration for our training programmes. By using them you agree to these terms.

1. Our content

The content of this website — text, graphics, logos and publications — belongs to Maxie Consult Company Limited or its licensors. You may read, download and share it for non-commercial purposes with attribution. Our name and logo may not be used without written permission.

2. No professional advice

Articles and resources on this website are general information, not professional advice for your situation. Consulting services are provided only under a written agreement.

3. Enquiries and proposals

Sending an enquiry or proposal request does not create a contract. An engagement begins only when both parties sign a contract or accept a written proposal.

4. Training registrations

• A booking for a paid programme is confirmed when the fee is received; free programmes are confirmed immediately.
• We may change a venue, facilitator or schedule where necessary and will tell you as early as possible.
• Certificates of participation are issued to registered participants who attend, and can be verified on our website.
• Cancellations and refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy.

5. Online payments

Payments are processed by DPO Pay (cards) and Snippe (mobile money). You agree to their terms when you pay. Receipts are issued automatically and can be verified on our website.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, to disrupt the service, to submit false information or to send unsolicited messages through our forms.

7. Liability

We work to keep this website accurate and available but provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
