Refund and cancellation policy

Training and events

• Cancellation 14 days or more before the start date: full refund, less any payment-provider charges.
• Cancellation 7 to 13 days before the start date: 50% refund, or a full credit towards a later programme.
• Cancellation less than 7 days before, or non-attendance: no refund, but you may send a colleague in your place at no extra cost.
• If we cancel or postpone a programme: you may choose a full refund or a place on the new dates.

Consulting services

Fees for consulting assignments, including milestone payments, are governed by the signed contract or accepted proposal for that assignment.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are made to the original payment method where possible (card or mobile money) within 14 working days of approval. Write to contact@maxieconsult.co.tz with your booking reference or receipt number.

Payment problems

If you were charged but did not receive a confirmation, contact us with the payment reference; we check every case with the payment provider.
